Agency product description and boundaries
Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain Revolve180 Litemax NXT child seats manufactured through March 31, 2025. Please refer to Evenflo's recall report for the specific models and production dates. Due to a miscalibrated level indicator, following the installation instructions can result in a child sitting more upright than intended. As such, these child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, "Child Restraint Systems."

2. Agency hazard and consumer action
NHTSA reports: A child seat that is not reclined as intended increases the risk of injury in a crash.
NHTSA consumer action: Evenflo will mail owners a bubble level indicator replacement with installation instructions, free of charge. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed September 30, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the remedy is available, anticipated November 2026. Owners may contact Evenflo customer service at 1-800-233-5921.
