Agency product description and boundaries
Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain Revolve180 Litemax NXT child seats manufactured through March 31, 2025. Please refer to Evenflo's recall report for the specific models and production dates. Due to a miscalibrated level indicator, following the installation instructions can result in a child sitting more upright than intended. As such, these child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, "Child Restraint Systems."
Still to verify: match the label on your item with the full official notice, including any exclusions, tables and photos. Some identifiers appear only on the agency website and are absent from this data feed. A missing field does not mean all versions are affected.
If your lot or date falls outside a stated range, this notice has not established that your item is affected. This is not a finding about other recalls or product safety.
2. Agency hazard and consumer action
NHTSA reports: A child seat that is not reclined as intended increases the risk of injury in a crash.
NHTSA consumer action: The remedy for this recall is currently under development. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, are expected to be mailed beginning September 1, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the remedy is available, anticipated November 2026. Owners may contact Evenflo customer service at 1-800-233-5921.
