Agency product description and boundaries
Braun Corporation (Braun) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager vehicles. The spring inside the front seat harness connector may contact electrical terminals.

2. Agency hazard and consumer action
NHTSA reports: The unintended connection may prevent the air bags from deploying, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.
NHTSA consumer action: Dealers will replace the spring, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 16, 2026. Owners may contact Braun's customer service at 1-800-488-0359.
