Aluminum Trailer Company Electrical System recall (26V471000)

Hazard: A winch that operates unintentionally may increase the risk of injury.

What to do: ATC will replace the wireless remote or provide a refund, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 7, 2026. Owners may call ATC customer service at 1-877-441-2440.

Description

Aluminum Trailer Company (ATC) is recalling certain 2026 RM500 and RM700 trailers. The wireless handheld remote control may be incompatible with some legacy winches, resulting in unexpected winch movements.
