Still to verify: match the label on your item with the full official notice, including any exclusions, tables and photos. Some identifiers appear only on the agency website and are absent from this data feed. A missing field does not mean all versions are affected.

If your lot or date falls outside a stated range, this notice has not established that your item is affected. This is not a finding about other recalls or product safety.

Vehicle-specific check required: use NHTSA’s official VIN lookup. Fresh Recalls has not checked a VIN or repair status and does not ask you to submit a VIN.

2. Agency hazard and consumer action

NHTSA reports: A loss of vehicle control increases the risk of a crash or injury.

NHTSA consumer action: Dealers will replace the rear shock absorbers, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 1, 2026. Owners may contact Rewaco customer service at 239-309-3592. Rewaco's number for this recall is RW-Stossd-2026-01.
