Agency product description and boundaries
Dometic Corporation (Dometic) is recalling certain Fan-Tastic Vent Fans with part numbers 9610007185, 9610007184, 9610007183, 9610007182, 9610007181, and 9610007180. The vent fan assembly may be missing a hinge pin, allowing the lid to detach.

2. Agency hazard and consumer action
NHTSA reports: A detached lid can become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
NHTSA consumer action: Dealers will inspect and replace the hinge pin as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 1, 2026. Owners may contact Dometic customer service at 1-888-943-4905.
