Agency product description and boundaries
Holley Performance Products (Holley) is recalling certain Replacement Carburetors and Throttle body kits. Please see the attached document for a complete list of models and part numbers. The secondary vacuum throttle levers may be undersized, possibly causing interference with the primary/secondary shaft and leading to a loss of throttle control.

2. Agency hazard and consumer action
NHTSA reports: A loss of throttle control increases the risk of a crash.
NHTSA consumer action: Holley will work with owners to replace the carburetors, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed September 11, 2026. Owners may contact Holley Customer service at 1-800-638-0032.
