Agency product description and boundaries
Roadmaster Inc. (Roadmaster) is recalling certain Blackhawk All Terrain, Falcon 2, Falcon All Terrain, Falcon 3HD, Liberty, Sterling, and Nighthawk tow bars. The roll pin that secures the T-bolt to the stinger may loosen, causing the tow bar t0 separate from the hitch receiver.
Still to verify: match the label on your item with the full official notice, including any exclusions, tables and photos. Some identifiers appear only on the agency website and are absent from this data feed. A missing field does not mean all versions are affected.
If your lot or date falls outside a stated range, this notice has not established that your item is affected. This is not a finding about other recalls or product safety.
2. Agency hazard and consumer action
NHTSA reports: A separated tow bar can result in the tow vehicle detaching, increases the risk of a crash.
NHTSA consumer action: Dealers will replace the T-bolt assembly, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 2026. Owners may contact Roadmaster customer service at 1-800-669-9690. Roadmaster's number for this recall is 910-RPR.
