Class I is the most serious: a reasonable chance the product could cause serious health problems or death. Class II may cause temporary or reversible problems, and Class III is unlikely to cause harm.

- Sources: U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission; National Highway Traffic Safety Administration; U.S. Food & Drug Administration.

- Counts can rise slightly after the quarter ends, because agencies sometimes publish records with earlier dates. This page always shows the current count.
- USDA meat and poultry recalls are not included yet.
